📅 PROGRAM DATES
The program will begin on Tuesday 2nd June and conclude on Tuesday 21st July.
We will meet online once a week for a 90-minute group session. In addition, you will receive at least two personal one-on-one sessions with me during the program.
A private Facebook group and WhatsApp group will also be created so we can stay connected, support one another, and answer any questions that arise throughout the journey.
To ensure everyone receives personalised support and attention, spaces will be limited to 6 participants only.
