Inner Child Workshop
Often it is our inner child that can be our greatest saboteur when it comes to moving forward in life and pursuing our dreams. If our inner child is scared of being seen, shining her light or embracing her true gifts, possibly due to earlier times in her life when she may have been shut down, then she may create limiting beliefs for your adult self, that tell you that you are not good enough to succeed, that it’s scary to stand out and be seen, or that you can’t do it.
Through doing my own inner child work I have recognised the power of this work and so now I invite you to join me, as we venture into our inner worlds to see what our inner children have to say, how they are really feeling, and how to integrate these aspects back into the whole.
This workshop will include:
- Guided meditations to meet your inner child/children
- Tools to identify when your inner child is triggered
- Group healings with the Angels and Ascended Masters
- Laughter yoga session
- Dancing exercises
- Journaling

What to Bring
You will need to bring a journal, a pillow and blanket for the healing, a photo of yourself as a child, and a packed lunch, preferably consisting of all your favourite childhood food. 🙂
