SESSION POLICIES
All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth.
Information provided during sessions should not be used as a substitute for medical advice; always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of information provided within the session is at the client’s discretion and risk. Neither Rebecca Gambles or Heavenly Connections can be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice or for any material suggested on third party websites.
You are responsible for the time and date of your session. All sessions will take place either face to face, skype or zoom and therefore it is important to acquaint yourself with this application if you are unfamiliar.
You are welcome to record your session. It is considered for personal use only.
If you are late for the session Rebecca will do her best to honour your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to her schedule.
If you feel the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to know this within the first 15 mins of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time Rebecca Gambles cannot offer a refund at a later time.
Rebecca Gambles follows a strict cancellations policy. For sessions cancelled with 72 hours advance of the session a full refund will be given. For cancellations within 48 hours an alternative time will be offered and for cancellations within 24 hours a partial refund will be offered. However, as a service dedicated to growth will take each situation into account.

The 100% cost payment is required at the time of booking/ enrolling for all sessions, classes, workshops and products purchased through rebeccagambles.com. There are no refunds if you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, as replacement clients for your appointment are not always possible. However, if Rebecca can fill your reserved time with another client, she will always attempt to. If this happens, she is happy to offer you a credit for the same value, which you can use with her at some other time. Online classes are completely non-transferrable and non-refundable.

However, please be aware that this special money back guarantee will only be offered once per client, to avoid people consciously booking in and then requesting money back over and again.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Rebecca Gambles or Heavenly Connections be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal damage to self, others, loss of assets, or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use the products or services advertised we offer. Rebecca Gambles or Heavenly Connections is not responsible for any liability, or damage a client or student may incur whilst attending a course, reading, healing, past life regression or any of the other services we provide, or as a result of actions taken or mis actions, nor do we accept any responsibility for the information imparted in a course, reading session, healing session or any of the other services we provide. Students and clients must take full personal responsibility for their usage of the information provided. Heavenly Connections and Rebecca Gambles gives no warranty on the choice of products or services you make. Full details are displayed on our web site as to what the item will entail. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection this remains your responsibility.
