Inner Child Online Meditation
As children we may have been taught to ‘be seen and not heard’, or told that we were ‘too much’, and so from an early age we learnt to dim our light, in order not to offend others or stand out from the crowd.
We may have also chosen to suppress our intuitive gifts when we realised that they weren’t ‘normal’ and our parents and loved ones couldn’t see or feel the magical realms that we were tapping into.
Often, it is our inner child that is our greatest saboteur when it comes to moving forward in life and pursuing our dreams. If our inner child is scared of being seen, shining her light or embracing her true gifts, then she may create limiting beliefs for your adult self, that tell you that you are not good enough to succeed, that it’s scary to stand out and be seen, or that you can’t do it.
Through doing my own inner child work I have recognised the power of this work and so now I invite you to join me, as we venture into our inner worlds to see what our inner children have to say, how they are really feeling, and how to integrate these aspects back into the whole.
This is a guided meditation which include tools to identify when your inner child is triggered, a guided meditation to meet your inner child, and a group healing session. You can do the meditation as many times as you like, to meet your inner children at different ages.
The investment for the meditation is $33.

- Travel costs to and from Bimini. If you choose our recommended Charter company as your carrier, their all inclusive cost is $505 +$22 fuel surcharge (subject to change),
- Single room and ocean view upgrade,
- Sunday night dinner and Monday morning breakfast in Fort Lauderdale, and one group dinner out in Bimini,
- Crew Gratutuities (10-15%)
- All individual body work sessions ($110/ hour)
- Rental of snorkel equipment for the week if you don't have your own, ($30 for set or $10 only for fins),
